چکیده
Superficial CD34 positive fibroblastic tumour (SCD34FT) is a distinct mesenchymal of superficial soft tissues which has an intermediate malignant potential and recently introduced entity in the WHO classification. We present case report 32-year-old male patient with SCD34FT. The was located on right forearm essentially location. Wide local excision done. On histopathological examination, composed highly pleomorphic spindled as well epithelioid cells granular eosinophilic cytoplasm numerous bizarre lobulated nuclear forms few showing intranuclear inclusions. However, mitotic count very low. immunohistochemistry (IHC), were diffusely for vimentin (characteristic SCD34FT). During clinical follow-up, asymptomatic since time his surgery one year back. SCD34FT borderline restricted to

Glioneuronal-mesenchymal tumour with malignant transformation.
We report a case of a 10-year-old girl with a tumour of the right temporoparietal region of the brain. The tumour consisted of three morphologically distinct portions: a well-differentiated one containing a mixture of a ganglioglioma with adipocytic-like cells and focal chondroid metaplasia, a separate island with neurocytic differentiation, and the malignant one, which exhibited an organoid pa...
متن کاملCD34-positive superficial myxofibrosarcoma: a potential diagnostic pitfall.
BACKGROUND Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) arises most commonly in the proximal extremities of the elderly, where it may involve subcutaneous and dermal tissues and masquerade as benign entities in limited biopsy samples. We encountered such a case, in which positivity for CD34 and morphologic features were initially wrongly interpreted as a 'low-fat/fat-free' spindle cell/pleomorphic lipoma. Case serie...

"Soft tissue giant cell tumour of low malignant potential" is considered as the soft tissue counterpart of osteoclastoma of the bone. It is a primary soft tissue tumour which is classified under the category of fibrohistiocytic tumours of intermediate malignancy.Seventy percent of the tumours involve the extremities and only about seven percent of them arise in head and neck region. They are co...
متن کاملSinonasal Teratocarcinosarcoma- A Rare Tumour not so Rarely Misdiagnosed
Sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma (STCS) is a rare, morphologically heterogeneous and highly aggressive tumour of ambiguous origin. It is characterized by the presence of benign and malignant epithelial, mesenchymal and neuroectodermal components. Because of their rarity and heterogeneity, these lesions are often misdiagnosed, leading to management difficulties. Adequate sampling with a high index...
